CAULFIELD PARK

Public BBQ

Caulfield Park stands as Glen Eira's crown jewel, delivering an impressive array of recreational opportunities across its expansive grounds. The renovated lake anchors the formal gardens, where families gather to watch ducks, geese, and the occasional turtle navigate the peaceful waters. A 2.5-kilometre perimeter track attracts runners and walkers, while meandering pathways through beautifully landscaped gardens offer more leisurely exploration. The park's thoughtful design accommodates multiple generations simultaneously - children enjoy both traditional and sensory play areas, while adults appreciate the abundant shade and proximity to quality cafés. Tram accessibility from the western boundary connects visitors to Caulfield's shopping and dining precinct. The generous open spaces support everything from family picnics to organized sports, while the diverse wildlife adds an unexpected country atmosphere to this urban oasis. Multiple sports facilities, including tennis courts and bowling greens, complement the recreational offerings that have established Caulfield Park as a regional destination rather than merely a neighbourhood amenity.
